Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. The translation is that it is any action that diminishes the suffering of others and can also be translated as compassionate action. To be able to enjoy the energies and become a Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher you will need to be a Usui Reiki Master first.
The Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher course is taught over 3 days, this course allows you to be able to pass the Karuna energies onto others. If you don’t wish to pass the teachings onto others it is possible to carry out the Karuna Reiki® Practitioner course.
Karuna Reiki® and the Shadow Self
By working with your Shadow Self the aim is to remove any negative patterns and replace them with more positive ones. You will enjoy a guided meditation to help you along this path to further enlightenment. The Karuna energies will help with thoughts about others, situations and ourselves by shining light into these areas. This will help with any judgements and criticisms that need dealing with therefore helping us to heal enabling us to feel peace, contentment and loving to all.
Karuna energies and Sound
Karuna Reiki® uses chanting and toning of the Karuna symbols to create more profound shifts in the vibrational frequency of the healing energy which will help with deep relaxation and meditation. Chanting the name of the reiki symbol may help with blockages in energy or areas that need extra healing. It is possible to chant and tone out loud, although depending on the client or situation you may be it may have to be done telepathically.
On the Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher course you will be shown how to carry out the attunements and given plenty of opportunity to practice this.
